3.5       About seventy articles published. The most recent ones (about ten) have been published in Correio Braziliense, Caderno Direito & Justiça, the largest newspaper of Brasília (the Federal Capital of Brazil). I am a member of this institution which has the constitutional duty to defend the federal government in courts concerning finances. I became a member of this agency after being selected in a national civil service entrance examination, consisting of tests and presentation of academic and professional credentials.

4.4       AGU. Advocacia-Geral da União. As an Attorney of the National

Treasury I have been in charge, also since 1993, of the Procuradoria-Seccional da União, as the chief attorney in the Jurisdiction of Uberlândia-MG-Brazil.

4.5       Defensoria Pública. Public Defense Institution of the State of Bahia. 1993, as a Public Defender. I became a member also by a civil service entrance examinations of tests.

5.1       Jurisdição Constitutional. Curadoria do Ato Acoimado de Inconstitucionalidade. Dissertation in order to obtain the degree in Máster of Law. Unfran. Universidade de Franca. São Paulo. August 2002.

5.2       The Mercantilization of Law Studies. Presented for admissions at the Bahia Institute of Lawyers (Instituto dos Advogados da Bahia). This text is about the uncontrollable increase of the number of law schools in Brazil in the past five years. This “growth” affects the quality of the professional that graduate each year.

5.3       Constitutional Issues. Presented, in November/94, to the “Special Comission of the Presidency of the Republic for the Constitutional Review”.

5.4       The Access to the Court as a Fundamental Right. Presented, in august 1994, to the Attorney General of the Union, as a sugestion to improve the acess of the poor people to the court and make more effective the constitutional directives that granted this fundamental right.
